Privacy Policy
Effective date: June 20, 2026
This policy explains how VeriBath handles information submitted through veribath.com. It also covers information sent through the contact methods shown on this website. The website is intended for business inquiries from project buyers, distributors, importers, and OEM/private label buyers.
Information we collect
When you submit an inquiry form, we may collect:
- your name, company name, business email address, and destination country or market;
- buyer type, product category, estimated quantity, and the details included in your inquiry;
- the page and inquiry route that led to the form; and
- technical information recorded by our form service, such as submission time, IP address, approximate location, browser, and operating system.
Phase 1 forms do not accept file attachments. If attachments are enabled later, this policy and the form notice will be updated before launch.
How we use inquiry information
We use inquiry information to review and respond to your request. We may use it to clarify product or supply needs and manage sales follow-up. We also use it to prevent abuse and spam, maintain business records, and improve our inquiry process.
Form processing and other communication channels
Structured website forms are processed by Basin, a third-party form service. Basin stores a submission record and can send a notification copy to our sales inbox. Basin may process technical metadata for security, spam filtering, and service operation.
Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people apart from automated scripts. It runs in the background and asks you to do nothing. To make that check, Cloudflare receives technical signals from your browser, such as your IP address and browser characteristics. Cloudflare uses this only to judge whether the submission is automated. It does not use it to build an advertising profile of you. Cloudflare describes this processing in the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, the selected provider handles your message. That provider's terms and privacy practices also apply.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages buyers read and which inquiry routes work. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser. It sends Google your shortened IP address, the pages you open, and basic device and browser details. We do not use this data to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell it. Google explains its own handling in the Google Privacy Policy.
Analytics stay off until you accept them. A banner asks on your first visit. If you decline, or if you close the banner without answering, we load nothing from Google Analytics and send no events.
When analytics are on, we also record that someone sent an inquiry, opened WhatsApp, clicked an email link, or downloaded a catalogue. These records show us how many buyers act. They do not tell us who you are.
You can change your answer at any time. Analytics cookies are off until you accept.
Maps
Our contact page can show a Google map of our location. The map does not load on its own. The page shows a placeholder, and Google receives nothing until you select Load map. Once you do, Google receives your IP address and basic browser details. Google explains this handling in the Google Privacy Policy.
Retention
We may keep business inquiry and correspondence records for up to 10 years. We keep them when needed for follow-up, order history, disputes, or legitimate business records. Basin may delete its database copy sooner under the active plan and account settings. Email records may remain in the sales inbox or approved business archives. They remain until deletion under our internal practices or after a valid request.
Sharing and international processing
We do not sell inquiry information. We share it only with service providers and personnel who help handle your inquiry. These providers support forms, email, communications, website operation, or security. They may process information in countries other than your own.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to limit unauthorized access to inquiry information. No website, email system, messaging service, or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete inquiry information associated with you, subject to legal and legitimate business recordkeeping needs. Contact [email protected] and provide enough detail for us to identify the relevant record.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our forms, providers, or handling practices change. The effective date at the top of this page shows the latest published version.
